Returns, Shipping & More

Returns:

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (or “RMA”) number. RMA’s are available by emailing sales@primacarcare.com. In order to be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date.
  • The items must be new and the bottle unopened.
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

After the return has been processed and accepted by a member of our team, the customer is offered to their choice of exchange for like items, refund, or store credit.

Shipping Policies:

Order details: Orders can take between 1-3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) to process and ship.

Shipping companies we use: USPS, FedEx and SmartPost

Shipping options:
Free: Any orders that qualify for free shipment will be delivered via Flat Rate shipment.
Flat Rate: we choose the carrier, delivery takes 2-9 business days (excludes weekends and holidays)
FedEx Ground: delivery takes 3-5 business days (excludes weekends and holidays)

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii: We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but please note that they have their own shipping rate (calculated during check-out).

International shipping: We do not offer international shipping. If you are outside the 48 contiguous United States, please purchase with a Prima Car Care retail outlet.

Other Policies, etc:

Order changes: Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel your order or make any changes. Please make sure all information is correct before placing your order.

Order tracking: Once an order ships, an email with the tracking information will be sent automatically. If you have not received your tracking update, please contact Customer Service so we can review your order status on your behalf.

Product damaged, missing or not received: Please Contact Customer Service to request assistance by emailing sales@primacarcare.com. All claims of damage or omission must reported within ten days of delivery. We may request pictures in order to file a damage claim on your behalf. (photos of the issue, etc)

Do you accept returns of items purchased in a Prima Retail Outlet? No, please deal with the store that sold you the product.
